Fortech has finished the mass production of the ±800kV HVDC Converter Station Connectors and proceed the shipment to the China State Grid company by cooperated with JS Hardware and a domestic large substation equipment manufacturer. It is the first time that the converter station connectors are not import from abroad, all the connectors are fully made in China, and the domestic made connectors has break the oversea company monopoly on such converter station connectors, this has the important significance to push the converter station connectors completely made by China manufacturers.

We has finished almost 200 items connectors production, and overcome a series of difficulties, including the product structure and machining problems, and has solve lots of workmanship questions and finally ship out all goods on November 5^th, 2013 under the technical supports from JS Hardware.

After this order executed and finished, Fortech has experiencing the design and workmanship of converter station connectors and our design and production abilities has made a great process. We will continue face the challenges in the future ultra-high voltage substation connector market, and will do much better.
